Karim Ahmad
Karim Ahmad ventured from the arctic climate of Chicago, Illinois to Hollywood, California with nothing more than a walking stick, the clothes on his back, and one simple aspiration - to save the human race from certain doom. Armed with a passion for storytelling, and the belief that great stories can change the world, Mr. Ahmad became a filmmaker, and has since worked extensively in the worlds of independent narrative and cross-cultural documentary as a writer, director, producer, editor, and cinematographer. Mr. Ahmad holds a BA in Media Studies / Film from Pomona College, has studied dramatic arts under the distinguished professionals of Marymount College London, and is currently on the faculty of the Motion Picture Department of the Academy of Art University San Francisco. Daniel Davila
Daniel Davila, born high in the Andes of Ecuador, has been at a loss for oxygen ever since. Mr. Davila moved to San Francisco with the dream of breaking two rules - creating a sustainable film company, and doing so in the fabulous city by the Bay. Daniel chose film because, with the exception of string theory, he sees no greater challenge in contemporary life than making movies. The art, science and commerce of motion pictures is a supreme collaborative effort where Daniel sees the opportunity for himself and others to achieve more as a team than they ever could alone. In addition to lofty visions, Daniel has an M.F.A in motion picture producing from USC, a B.A. in economics form CMC, a certificate in production from NYU, and is AVID certified.
